Kendriya Vidyalaya imbibe the cultural heritage of this great country. Cultural Activities uphold, depicts, express and promote culture. Text Box: An investiture ceremony was organized in K V Bagafa on 28-09-2010 in the presence of shri G N Padukone comd,129bn,BSF& VMC, chairman, KV Bagafa as Chief Guest. Programme started with the welcome speech by the principal, shri Santhosh Kumar N. Fifteen student council members were given the badges by the chief guest, then started the flagging ceremony. The school flag was given by the Principal to the school leader(boy). The sports flag was given by shri Ramesh Chand(librarian) to the sports captain, because of the absence of PET, followed by the giving of four house flags to the four house captains by their respective house masters. After that the oath taking ceremony started, the oath was given by the principal to all the council members. Principal was invited to address the students after that the newly elected school leader(boy) delivered his speech. In the end the chief guest was invited to say few words of blessing, followed by the vote of thanks proposed by school leader(girl). AN INVESTITURE CEREMONY
