    Note: All Principals are to note that some KVs are not sending the vacancy position in very month. It should be strictly followed and it is to be sent by Fax followed by speed post and confirmed by Telephone on 27/28th of every month. In case of Transfer / Promotion Posting / Fresh Appointment placement given to the KV but not joined should be mentioned clearly in the column of ‘nature of vacancy’. It is observed that some Vidyalaya are showing ‘Clear vacancy’ in even in case of teachers transferred or placement given to the Vidyalaya on promotion / fresh appointment but not joined. Clear vacancy should be shown until unless place of posting if modified / withdrawn.
